We highly recommend that you try the product or service within the first two weeks of purchase to ensure that it meets your needs. Nevertheless, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, and therefore, we may offer other options if issues arise after the refund period.
Refund Process & Criteria
To initiate a refund, kindly contact our customer service through our contact form and provide the following details:
- Your transaction ID/purchase ID
- Email address in which you received license key
- Refund request reason/product issues
Upon receipt of your email, our customer service agent will respond within 24 hours. Depending on the nature of the issue, our support personnel will assist you in troubleshooting via email and/or remotely. In this process, customers are required to cooperate with our support team. Once our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will refund the full amount to your account within 24 hours. Refunds are processed using the same source of payment. It is important to note that refunds only apply to the issues or faults in the features offered in Torpedo, considering its nature as a product.
The following products cannot be refunded:
- Products sold in special offers that explicitly state that the purchase is non-refundable.
- Products sold as a part of custom services are eligible for partial refund only
