Unused Key Return Conditions (6 Months to 1 Year):
  • Return Window (6 Months to 1 Year): Resellers and enterprise buyers can return unsold license keys between 6 months (180 days) and 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
  • Unused Key Condition: Return requests are valid ONLY for license keys with 0 activations (never activated on any machine).
  • Customer Support Parity: There is no difference for customers who purchase from a reseller. All support and updates are available to customers based on our standard policy.
  • Non-Refundable One-Time Fee: To avoid misuse, a one-time fee equivalent to 2 license costs and payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refund Process: Unused key cost is refunded back to your original payment method after key verification after deducting above mentioned one-time fee.
